  • Consider adopting MGL Chapter 138, Section 33B  which states that the local licensing authority of any city or town which accepts said section may authorize licensees under section twelve of Chapter 138 (sales for on premises consumption), to sell alcoholic beverages between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Sundays
